Meet Mango, my cat and also my latest model. I’ve just finished sculpting him in his usual ‘sphinx’ position – he really is convinced he’s a lion, not just a ginger moggy. Is he yawning or growling? The choice is yours!
I’ve made a silicon rubber mould and cast him in resin and jute. Will also do an iron resin solid cast, though that will take a couple of months of daily watering to achieve its full rusting potential. More photos to follow very soon…
